The text you check

Your text is split into sentences on our server. Each factual sentence is sent to Keenable as a search query, and the sentences, together with the passages found, are sent to TypeSafe’s Jev model to be judged. We do not store the text or the results; they exist only while the check runs and in your browser tab. TypeSafe states that Jev is not trained on customer requests.

Accounts

Signing in is optional and handled by Clerk, which stores your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and picture. We only receive an account ID, which we use to count your checks. You can delete your account from the account menu.

Daily limits

To enforce the daily allowance we count checks per account ID or, without an account, per salted hash of your IP address. Raw IP addresses are not stored. The counters are kept in Upstash Redis and expire after two days.

Everything else

There are no ads and no tracking cookies. Vercel Web Analytics counts anonymous page views without cookies. Clerk sets session cookies only when you sign in. The site runs on Vercel, which keeps standard request logs.
